ORDERING & SHIPPING

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details and complete your purchase.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide in the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping availability may vary, so please check at checkout.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Note: Processing times are typically 1-3 business days before shipment.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $50.00 and up (check our homepage for current promotions).

5. Do you offer local pickup?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup, but stay tuned for future updates.

6. What sizes do you offer?

Our streetwear pieces come in a variety of sizes, from XS to 3XL (varies by product). Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

7. Are your products unisex?

Yes! Most of our pieces are designed for a gender-inclusive fit, but check product descriptions for specific recommendations.

8. Will my item look exactly like the pictures?

Yes! We aim for 100% accuracy in our product images. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable.

10. How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return, contact our support team at DripNJewelz98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

11. Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

ACCOUNT & ORDER ISSUES

15. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your address, and get faster checkout next time.

16. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order under My Account > Order History.

17. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at support@dripnjewelz.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Once shipped, we are unable to change the address.

18. My package was marked as “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

  • Double-check with neighbors or household members
  • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before arrival)
  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • If the issue persists, email us at support@dripnjewelz.com for further assistance
